INFERNUM is Polish national-socialistic black metal band, formed in Wroclaw in 1992. It was formed by Grzegorz "Anextiomarus" Jurgielewicz and Tom Balrog. In 1993 they released demo album The Dawn Will Never Come and the other Damned Majesty. In 1994 band ceased to exist because of health problems that Jurgielewicz had. In 2002 they reactivated with a new lineup. Charon, Necromanticus, Wolf and Exterminus joined the band.
On the 30th of April (day when Adolf Hitler died) Jurgielewicz committed suicide, because of psychical problems.
Band has released two albums and two demo recordings:
- Damned Majesty, with songs : The Pagan Winds, The Dawn Will Never Come
- The Dawn Will Never Come, with songs: Prophetical Visions of the Dark End, Dark Ritual
- ...Taur-Nu-Fuin..., with songs: In The Black Clouds Of War, Cathari Sects
- Farewell, with following songs : Reverence To The Obscure, Black March, Before The Locks Of Twilight, Inverted Prayer
These are the lyrics of their song Invocation:
Lie down in my mind
thunderous King
Pure reality...
Satan! who create youself
Divine man filled
by the light of will
Impassive, pedatory
Resting in every time of existence
...Take flesh from My flesh
Drink blood from My veins...
You! Who the winter of wisdom
awakes from emptiness
You! For whose God doesn't exist
You! Spiritual revange of the truth
You! Shining lightning of the nighty sky
shattreing Jesus Christ's flesh
You! Innocent child of the Thelema Eon
Open my eyes by sparks of the starlights
Let me leave by immaterial way
I wouldn't die beyond the livings
Devil of the pure feelings
Devil of the pure wrath
Kill in the might of suffering
Preaching death of the God
Preaching death of the God
Crowning Satan arise!
They are praising Satan, saying that he crated himself which is nonsense. Satan is a creature, but he turned himself against his Creator, and that is God.
